Spondylosis

Life Chiropractic CentreSpondylosis is generally used to describe degeneration of the spine, where there is abnormal wear and tear to the spinal joints and cartilage. It usually occurs along with postural misalignment and bone spurs (osteophytes). This condition can affect anywhere along the spine, from neck to lower back and is rather prevalent in the population, especially in the elderly.

Limitation in ranges of motion, stiffness, pain and pinched nerve are just a few of the common symptoms that may affect one suffering from spondylosis.

Chiropractic care has been shown to help reduce the symptoms of spondylosis. It is generally done through combination of adjustments to the spine, exercises and physical therapy.
